Chase Meisinger, 4-year-old son of Mike and Diane Meisinger, Hillsboro, holds up the championship trophy he won Sunday at the Kids Pedal Power Tractor Pull at the Kansas State Fair. Meisinger out distanced around 90 competitors in the 4-year-old division to win the trophy and qualify for the national competition in Omaha, Neb., later this month. “It made me very happy,” he said.
