Six high school friends from Marion High School’s Class of 1961 met Thursday, Aug 24, through Saturday. Aug 26, at Crested Butte, Colo.
Those traveling together were: Donna Jost Ames, Derby; Janet Stiller Vogel, Clearwater; Karen Jost Enns, Kingsburg, Calif.; Tressie Miles Kelsey, Patty Longhofer McLinden, and Eileen Pavey Sieger, all from rural Marion.
The group met Rosalie Dohneer Carr at Leoti for lunch on the way to Colorado. Julie Woodridge Elliott, Camarillo, Calif. was unable to attend the mini-reunion.
The friends met in Crested Butte in 1998 and have made plans to meet there again in the summer of 2002.
