Sophie Wilhelmine Soller Rush, 90, died in Marion on Wednesday, Aug. 23.
The funeral service was held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 26, at the Florence Christian Church with Harold Brown officiating. Burial was at the Hillcrest Cemetery, Florence.
She was born July 6, 1910, to Henry and Caroline Strauss of Winkler. On May 22, 1948, she was married to Taylor Elsworth Rush, who survives.
She also is survived by two grandchildren, Bonnie Jean Koller and Bobby Wilson, and one great-grandchild, Dale Kooker.
A memorial fund has been established for the Florence Christian Church in care of Zeiner Funeral Home.
