Jamie Peters, Hillsboro, coached the Harvey County 4-H Horse Judging Team to a first-place finish at the state contest in June.
Members of her team were Amanda Olbricht and Kendra Baehler of Newton, Amber Young of Walton, and Shandra Draper of Thomas County.
