MHS student picked for scholar book

Camille T. Wessel, a student at Marion High School, has been named an “All-American Scholar” by the U.S. Achievement Academy.



The USAA has established the program to recognize students who excel in academics.



Students chosen for recognition must have a grade-point average of at least 3.3 and be nominated by a school instructor, counselor or other qualified sponsor.



Wessel will be listed in the All-American Scholar Yearbook, which is published nationally.



She is the daughter of Judy and Mike Powers, Marion, and Bill and Linda Wessel, Council Grove.
