Franklin and Mildred Buller will celebrate their 50th wedding
anniversary with an open house from 2 to 5 p.m., June 11, at the
Peabody Senior Center, 106 Walnut.
Franklin Buller and Mildred Regier were married June 14, 1950, at the
Hebron Mennonite Church, Buhler.
The couple farmed east of Peabody, and Franklin did carpentry work and
Mildred was a library aide for the Peabody school district until 1997.
Mildred is the librarian at the Peabody Public Library.
The event is hosted by their children, Donita and Merlin Eck, Keith
and Debra, and Cheryl and David Nottingham, all of Newton, and Dale
and Sheila of Florence.
They have 10 grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and one
great-grandchild.
