Egyptian Fair at Marion Elementary School

Sixth-graders at Marion Elementary School opened their classrooms to parents and interested people for the first ?Egyptian Fair? Friday afternoon. Students displayed a variety of projects relating to ancient Egypt, ranging from the process of mummification to the design of a pyramid. Sherri Sells, student teacher from Emporia State, created a computer-based resource that helped the students develop their projects. Included in the picture are Sydney Carrithers, Alysha O?Dell, Derek Vetter, Jenna Parli, Misti Richmond, Clinton Jeffrey, Josh Kelsey, Jeremy Vondenkamp, Ashley Billbe, Michelle Lowe, Lena O?Connor, Sherri Sells and Braden Suffield.
