Q When students report they aren?t feeling well, what are the criteria for determining whether to send them home from school?

A Diedre Serene, school nurse for USD 410, said that under normal conditions a student will be sent home if he or she is throwing up or has a temperature over 100. ?Those criteria may vary a little bit if we?re having a lot of sickness,? she added. ?But normally, if the temperature is over 100, we send them home.?
