If you are submitting a photo with your announcement, you will be taken to the online payment page after you have entered your information. The charge for a photo is $10.00. You can pay with a credit card or Paypal account. Please submit a color photo if available as it will appear in color on the Free Press Web site. If there is no photo, there will be no charge.
