The Tabor College track and field teams competed at the Sterling Invitational Friday and Saturday.
Hannah Holmes highlighted the women?s performances by winning the 1,500-meter run with a time of 5 minutes, 14.81 seconds and finishing second in the 10,000 (40:42.56).
She was also a member of the 4×400 (4:44.14) and 4×800 (11:21.62) relays, both of which placed third.
Additional top-five performances included the following.
Paula Young placed third in the 3,000 steeple (13:33.67), while Jessica Samuel finished third in the 400 (1:02.93) and sixth in the 200 (26.92).
Keith Francis highlighted the men?s performances, finishing second in the 400 (50.33) and third in the 200 (22.48).
Bret Mueller was second in the 1,500 (4:14.29) and fourth in the 800 (2:00.38), while Joel Allen won the 3,000 steeple (10:14.78).
Caleb Blue, Avery Franz, Oree Johnson and Francis placed third in the 4×400 relay (3:33.45).
Tyler Entz was third in the high jump (6-0).
Blue placed fourth in the 400 (50.41), while Tyler Parrish finished fifth in the 1,500 (4:24.43).
Franz was fourth in the triple jump (42-01?2), and Johnny Loera was fourth in the shot put (41-3).
