Trojan boys return 7 of 9 top runners from last season

Core four to fill graduation void for Trojan volleyball

In a sport that has only six players on the court at a time, the loss of eight seniors can create a Grand Canyon-like void in a volleyball team’s expectations for the coming year.

But Hillsboro High School coach Sandy Arnold has peered into the abyss and sees some potentially scenic discoveries.

Kleinsasser to set the pace for Tabor cross-country squad

Having placed fourth as a team at the NAIA regional, the Tabor College women’s cross-country team returns top runner Liz Kleinsasser for her sophomore season.

As a freshman, Kleinsasser placed fourth at the conference meet and 11th at the regional meet, earning all-conference and all-regional honors and leaving little doubt as to who the team’s No. 1 runner will be this season.
