Canton-Galva—The Eagles flew past Central Christian Friday, 50-0. CGHS is scheduled to play Goessel in a non-league matchup Friday.
Centre vs.Goessel—Centre took care of business against a visiting Goessel team Friday, winning 36-28. Centre is scheduled to travel to Wakefield for a league game Friday, while Goessel will play Canton-Galva.
Peabody-Burns—The Warriors ran away from host team White City Friday, scoring 34 points in the first quarter and 38 in the fourth for a 72-32 win.
Quarterback Hunter Pickens had 10 completions for 253 yards and four touchdowns. He led the Warriors in rushing with 106 yards for three touchdowns.
Christian Guard led the team with 89 receiving yards and a touchdown. Braxton Kyle had 74 yards and a touchdown, and Tommy Morris 62 yards and two touchdowns.
Guard led the defense with four tackles and an assist. Seth Topham, Morris and Pickens each added three tackles. Austin Savage had four sacks and Pickens one.
PBHS will host Little River Friday at 7 p.m.
