Hillsboro team wins 10-and-under league baseball title

The Hillsboro 10-and-under American Family Insurance team finished the season 9-1 and won the Cottonwood Valley League title with a 5-0 mark. The CVL consists of teams from Chase County, Peabody, Marion, Centre/Tampa and Hillsboro. Other teams on the seasonal schedule were from Council Grove and Alta Vista/Dwight.
