The Hillsboro Community Hospital Auxiliary is offering a $500 scholarship to a Hillsboro High School senior planning to study in a health care field.
HCH has offered scholarships in the past years and the auxiliary wants to continue this tradition in helping a local student.
Scholarship forms will be available after Feb. 20 in the Hillsboro High School office and need to be returned by March 30 to: HCH Auxiliary, c/o Velma Hadley, president, 701 S. Main St., Hillsboro, KS 67063.
A bake sale fundraiser is planned from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the HCH lobby with all proceeds going toward the scholarship.
