Gift List

We like the challenge put forth by the planning committee for Hillsboro?s 125th anniversary. Rather than plan a lot of activities intended for our entertainment, the committee is asking us to give something back that will benefit the city as a whole. Volun?teerism is the lifeblood of any small town, so why not sign on to give time and energy to one or more of the improvement projects on the city?s ?gift list??

Opportunities are available for individuals, but this is an ideal challenge for civic organizations, school clubs, church groups, business staffs and other entities. Working together on a single project is fun, it strengthens relationships within the group and sends a message to the rest of community: We care about this place we call home. That?s a great message to send…and to receive. ?DR
