Hillsboro High School students and teachers formed teams and went out into the community Tuesday, Nov. 24, to rake and remove leaves for residents who needed assistance. The project was initiated by the students themselves. Prior to the project, leaders invited residents to contact the school if they would welcome some help.

Above, Leigh receives some assistance dumping the leaves into the back of a pickup. To the far left is HHS instructor Scott O?Hare, who participated with the group.

Pictured below are Kennedy Klein (left) and Mary Leigh, who were part of a group the cleaned up yards along South Lincoln.
