Bob Shippers is a highly valued retired corporate problem solver who specialized in specific purpose solutions. He starts a collegiate level, work study scholarship house, never dreaming of coming under scrutiny and attack from a highly organized neighboring fraternity house with underworld ties and growing aspirations. Bob Shippers, director of Delta House, who is in charge of an evolving project, is forced to take a path never intended to combat the growing threat from Omega House.
