Voth, Kroeker exchange vows
Alyssa Kaye Voth of Walton and Kyle Wayne Kroeker of Hillsboro were married at 6:30 p.m. July 3 at First Mennonite Church in Newton with pastor Joel Schroeder officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Steve and Wynette Voth of Walton. The groom is the son of David and Kim Kroeker of Hillsboro.
Grandparents of the bride are Charley and Lillian Voth of Hesston and Helen Montgomery of Moundridge and the late Jonas Flickner.
Grandparents of the groom are Doris Kroeker of Henderson, Neb., and the late Harold Kroeker, and Jackie Mickels of Hesston and the late Donald Mickels.
The maid of honor was Megan Voth, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Brittany Bartel, cousin of the bride, Katelyn Boese, Kirsten Krehbiel, and Jessica Burden, all friends of the bride, and Cassie Kroeker, sister of the groom.
The best man was Justin Moore, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Jeffery Harden, Kory Faul, Brent Nelsen, and Macy Fadenrecht, friends of the groom, and Brett Voth, brother of the bride.
Addison Jost, niece of the groom and Bethany Stucky, cousin of the bride were flower girls, and Niko Orlanzinni, cousin of the bride, was ringbearer.
Julie Huxman and Sharae Wadel, friends of the bride, were the candlelighters.
Scripture was read by Andrew and Angela Jost, brother-in-law and sister of the groom.
A reception was held at the bride’s parents’ backyard was hosted by Robert and Shannon Hamilton, brother-in-law and sister of the groom, and Ron and LouAnn Voth, aunt and uncle of the bride.
After a wedding trip to Puerto Vallarta, the couple is at home in Great Bend.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Hesston High School and 2010 graduate of Tabor College, Hillsboro. She is a high school math teacher.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of Hillsboro High School and 2010 graduate of Tabor College, Hillsboro. He teaches sixth grade at Great Bend.
