Frick, Clark wed Oct. 27 in Wichita
Tina Michele Frick of Durham and Matthew Brent Clark of Wichita were married at 4 p.m. Oct. 27 at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.
The double-ring ceremony was officiated by pastor Brian Allen.
The bride’s parents are Curtis and Clara Frick of Durham. Her grandparents are Bert and Alice Jost of Hillsboro.
The groom’s parents are Brent and Lou Ann Clark of Bushton. His grandmother is Jalayne Clark of Lyons.
The matron of honor was JulieAnne Rathbun of Chapman, best friend of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Danni Frick of Park City and Staci Frick of Hesston, both sisters-in-law of the bride; Staci Nienke of Bushton, sister of the groom, and Hannah Miller of Arlington, Texas, friend of the bride.
Remi Frick of Park City, niece of the bride, was the flower girl.
The best man was Josh Ehret of Wichita, friend of the groom.
Groomsmen were Tyler Sroufe of Holdridge, Neb., friend of the groom; Jeremy Beneke of Salina, friend of the groom; Troy Frick of Wichita, twin brother of the bride, and Russell Herman of Wichita, friend of the groom.
Cooper Hayes of Goodland, nephew of the groom, was the ring bearer.
Cheyenne and Cheryl Hayes of Goodland, nieces of the groom, and Taylin Frick of Hesston, niece of the bride, placed roses in front of the church in honor of grandparents Melvin and Geraldine Frick, Raymond and Luella Pflughoeft and Galen Clark.
Ushers were Layne Frick, brother of the bride; Scott Hayes and Trent Nienke, both brothers-in-law of the groom; Thomas Cook, future brother-in-law of the groom, and Ryan Maddy, Cory Steinert, Matt Taylor and Ryan Stratmann, all friends of the groom.
Musicians were Cameron Voth, soloist; Hannah Groening, Esther Bartel, Abigail Bartel and Ruth Bartel, violinists, and Karen Wiens, organist.
The photographer was Vance Frick of Park City, brother of the bride.
Guestbook greeters were RaeAnn Hayes and Brittany Clark, both sisters of the groom.
Following the ceremony, a reception, dinner and dance was at the Best Western Holiday Manor in McPherson.
Serving as hosts were Darrell and Charlene Driggers, uncle and aunt of the bride; Gayle Vance, cousin of the groom, and Debbie Habiger, godmother of the groom.
Cake servers were Jessica Wollenberg, Katie Vogts, Amy Jo Maphet and Mandi Phillips, all friends of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of Hillsboro High School and Tabor College, earning a degree in social work. She is employed at Grant, McKinney, and Simmonds, optometrists, in Newton.
The groom is a graduate of Quivera Heights High School and Bethany College, earning a degree in accounting. He also earned a master’s degree in sports management from Wichita State University and is employed as a financial analyst for (Bombardier)-Learjet in Wichita.
The couple honeymooned in the Dominican Republic.
Following the honeymoon, they are at home in Wichita.
Lawrence couple exchange vows
Anthony and Amanda Voth were united in marriage at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 22 at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church in Goessel.
Retired pastor Walter Friesen officiated the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of James and Gayle Voth of Goessel. She is the granddaughter of Marvin Voth, the late Linda Voth, and the late John and Hilda Ratzlaff.
The groom is the grandson of the late Gary and Georgia Metz.
The matron of honor was Kelly Voth, sister-in-law of the bride. Bridesmaids were Crissa Cook and Diane Minear.
Best man was Corey Graber. Groomsmen were Kelcy Voth, brother of the bride, and Jake Graber.
A reception followed at the Meridian Center in Newton.
The bride graduated from Bethel College and the University of Kansas School of Law. She is an assistant Attorney General in Topeka and a facilitator of Criminal Justice classes at a private college.
The groom is a full-time student at the University of Kansas and is pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering. He works part-time gaining engineering experience.
The couple honeymooned in the British West Indies.
They are at home in Lawrence.
