Harding, Evancho marry in Wichita
Danielle Harding and Michael Evancho exchanged wedding vows at 10:30 a.m. July 3 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Wichita with Father Jerome Spexarth officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Paul and Janice Harding of Wichita. The groom is the son of Demitry and Pat Evancho of Marion.
Witnesses for the bride were her brothers, Robert and Matthew Harding. Witnesses for the groom were his brothers, David and Nick Evancho.
Ushers were Mike Jenkins of Hillsboro and Wade West of Wichita.
The bride's grandmother, Frances M. Harding was also in attendance.
Prelude music was played by Maggie Martinez, friend of the couple. Carole Pracht, organist, and Sara Stecklein, soloist, friends of the couple, provided music for the wedding. Readers were Allison Draut and Jeremy Rosell, friends of the bride.
A reception was held in the church hall with dinner served by Blue Moon Caterers. DJ for the reception and dance was Larry Perlman with At Your Request.
The cake was cut by Anita Emming, aunt of bride, and Vanessa Emming and Jill Kline, cousins of the bride.
Guest book attendants were Valerie Eschbacher and Julie Thomas, cousins of the bride.
The couple danced the first dance to a song written and recorded by the groom especially written for his bride. A slide show was shown of the couple in their early years and beyond.
The couple honeymooned in Kentucky and toured Mammoth Cave.
