KonarikHowellWedding.jpg Click image to enlarge. Marie Konarik and Christopher Howell were married March 13 at Seven Dolors Catholic Church in Manhattan with Father Joseph Popelka officiating.

Parents of the couple are Robert and Karen Konarik of Marion and Mike and Glenda Conroy of Denver, Colo., and Jerry and Angie Howell of Dallas, Texas.

Organist was Ramona Kramer. Soloist was Mary Griffith, aunt of the bride. Lector was John Griffith, uncle of the bride.

The bride wore a white strapless satin gown designed by Cassini. The bodice and hem were heavily beaded and embroidered with Swarovski crystals and bugle beads. The full skirt fell into a chapel-length train that was also accented by embroidery. She wore a tiara and fingertip-length veil...

Weddings–Dowell, Trip wed March 10 in Canton

DowellTrippWedding.jpg Amber Lee Dowell and David Malcolm Tripp were united in marriage on March 10 at Canton United Methodist Church with Richard Brooks officiating the double ring ceremony. WeddingsMariana Redden was in charge of the music and Alice Waner was the videographer.

The bride is the daughter of Charles K. and Pattie Lee Dowell of Canton. The groom is the son of Kenneth Lindteigen of McPherson and the late Deanna Lindteigen.

Escorted by her father, the bride wore a white satin gown with a beaded overlay, spaghetti straps and chapel length train.  The veil was cathedral length with white satin piping.

The bride carried a cluster bouquet of lavender carnations accented with baby’s breath and lace ribbons.
