Megan Abrahams and Andrew Kelley, both of Hesston, were married Oct. 11.

The wedding took place at First Mennonite Church in Hillsboro with pastor Randy Smith officiating the double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Rex and De Vonne Abrahams of Canton and the groom’s parents are John and Sheila Kelley of Elizabeth, Colo.

The maid of honor was Randi Lipscomb of Newton.

Hearn and Vogel united in marriage

The wedding took place at the First Baptist Church in El Dorado with pastor Wade Graber officiating.

The bride is the daughter of John and Cindy Hearn of El Dorado and the groom’s parents are Randy and Carol Vogel of Marion.

Grandparents of the couple are Alberta Harms of El Dorado and the late Vernon Harms; Ed and Willie Hearn of Great Bend; Dwain and Phyliss Gill of Sylvia and the late James and Maxine Vogel.

The matron of honor was Erin Frost, friend of the bride. The bride’s attendants were Heather Gartrell, Jennifer Gardner and Katie Hammersmith, friends of the bride.

Berger, Broadstreet exchange vows

WED-Broadstreet-1.jpg WED-Broadstreet-1.jpg Abbie Berger of Whitewater and Doug Broadstreet of Halstead were married Jan. 5 at 5 p.m., in the Harvey County Courthouse with Judge Walker officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Kris and Tim Berger of Whitewater, who also held a family wedding reception Feb. 7 at their home.

The groom is the son of Carol Broadstreet of Marion and the late Lane Broadstreet.

The color theme was gold, brown, rust and orange. The bouquet consisted of terra cotta roses, orange/rust calla lillies, orange tulips and orange and yellow crystals with the stem wrapped in brown, rust, and gold ribbons with gold and rust beads.

The couple both work at Wal-Mart in Newton.

The wedding was a garden ceremony at Wedding At Mile Away Restaurant and Gardens in Milford, N.H., with pastor Marguerite Gage officiating.

The bride’s parents are Ron and Joanne Davies of Merri­mack, N.H. The groom’s parents are Warren and Rosann Priel of Hillsboro.

Cassandra Davies, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amanda Hutchinson, Meredith Bryar and Vicki Sandlin.

The bride is the daughter of Darrel and Geneva Just of Hillsboro. The groom is the son of Dwight and Carol Dirks of Hillsboro.

The maid of honor was Lauren Just. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Finch, Angela Woods and Emily Railsback.
