Parents of the couple are Gary and Carolyn Long of Hill City and Mike and Karen Jilka of Hillsboro.

Grandparents of the couple are Lorraine Long of Hays, Beth Jilka of Hill City, and Ermal and LoVaune Rasmusson of Salina.

The matron of honor was Kendra Robinson, friend of the bride.

Bauer, Mayfield united in marriage

Parents of the couple are Cindy Bauer of Hays and Dale and Lisa Mayfield of Hillsboro. Grandparents of the couple are Faye Bauer of Hays and Karon Hess of Marion.

The bride was escorted by her mother.

The matron of honor was Tara Comerci, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were DeLynn Rice, friend of the couple, and Lauryn Mayfield and Taryn Mayfield, sisters of the groom.

The best man was Brant Rice, friend of the couple.

Groomsmen were Drew Gannon, Kael Bloom and Brooks Wachs, friends of the groom.

Jessica Rose Christman and Todd Allen Bevan were married at the Hotel Utica in Utica, N.Y. Aug. 22.

The bride is the daughter of John and Judy Christman of Frankfort, N.Y.

The groom is the son of Robert and Betty Bevan of Lost Springs.

The couple reside in Fort Worth, Texas.

The bride’s parents are Morris and Linda Ewert of Goessel. Her grandparents are Lynn and Elva Penner of Hillsboro.

The groom’s parents are Steven Knowles of Wichita and Lil Higgins of The Colony, Texas.

Musicians were Archbold Duo from Wichita, playing cello and flute and singing vocals.

The bride wore a halter top white satin dress with bead work and six-foot train.

She carried a floor length bouquet by Concepts by Carmon.

Parents of the bride are Paul and Kathy Epp of Hillsboro. The groom’s parent is Jean Rigdon of Smithville, Mo.

The matron of honor was Linda Pauls, cousin of the bride, and the best man was Rob Rigdon.

Bridesmaids were Joanna Regier, Shannon Smart and Janna Crowley. Groomsmen were Dean Campbell, Tom Beam and David Lee.
