Greetings from the Hillsboro Senior Center. February is a great time to come in for lunch or an activity. Come and make us a part of your week.

Mary McFadden will be here for foot care starting at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5. To make an appointment, call 947-2304. Join us after lunch on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 6, as Nancy Pihl shares about the benefits of chocolate.

Greetings from the Hillsboro Senior Center. We wish you many blessings, peace and love this new year. Come and make the Senior Center part of your week.

For Thursday Theatre Jan. 24, we will show “Little Women” beginning at 12:30 p.m. We will have our birthday dinner Monday, Jan. 28, and Ann Shepherd will share special music after lunch. On Wednesday, Jan. 30, we will have Games, Gab and Goodies for the ladies after lunch.

Darla Stonehouse from the Newton Medical Center will share with us after lunch Thursday, Jan. 17. Paul Jantzen will share winter snow slides after lunch Friday, Jan. 18 and men’s coffee will begin at 3 p.m. The Senior Center will be closed Monday, Jan. 21 in observance of Martin Luther King Day.

Happy New Year from the Hillsboro Senior Center! We wish you many blessings, peace and love in the new year. Come and make the senior center part of your week.

Mary McFadden will be here for foot care at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15. Call the center to make your appointment. We will have a carry-in meal at noon Wednesday, Jan. 16. Please bring a dish or dessert to share as well as your own table settings. After lunch, we will have our local board election and financial report. Dr. Zafar will begin hearing checks at 11:15 a.m. on a first come, first serve basis.
