One hundred years from now, it will not matter what our bank account was, the type of house we lived in, or the kind of car we drove. Some will leave this world a better place because they volunteered and gave back.

National Volunteer Week is April 27 through May 3, and we want to extend a special “thanks” to all who volunteer here and make the Senior Center a better place. If you are interested in volunteer opportunities, please call 947-23-4.

The Senior Center will hose a baked-potato bar fundraiser on Friday, May 2, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The menu includes baked potatoes with various toppings, ice cream, cookies, water and coffee. The cost is a $5 minimum contribution per person.
