Come and enjoy Jack Hobbs from Schowalter Villa Tuesday, Feb. 5. He will be sharing his antique tractors with us.

We will also have cards and dominoes Feb. 6 after the noon meal, and Feb. 8 everyone is encouraged to bring their Show ‘n Tell Valentine’s Day memories.

Gayla Ratzlaff, coordinator of Marion County Department on Aging, will be here Wednesday, Feb. 6, to help individuals file their Homestead and Food Sales return. To make an appointment, call the center.

Mary McFadden will be here Feb. 12 for foot care. If interested, call for an appointment.

We still need a few more volunteers. I have three Mondays in February open. If someone can help, please call the center. All meals are free the day...

Our new menus are out for February so stop by and pick one up and come enjoy a meal with us.

Bingo is Wednesday after lunch. The next event is Tuesday, Feb. 5, with Jack Hobbs from Schowalter Villa sharing his antique tractors.

We hope people can come and enjoy lunch and the program.

Come and enjoy cards and dominoes Wednesday, Feb. 6, after the noon meal and Feb. 8 everyone is encouraged to bring their Show ‘n Tell Valentine Day memories to share.

Show ‘n Tell is Friday, Jan. 25, and we hope others will come join us.

Our birthday dinner is Jan. 28 and Jan. 29 we will celebrate Kansas Day.

Mary McFadden will be here Feb. 12 and March 12 for foot care. Appointments can be made by calling the center.

February menus are available and ready to be picked up. Anyone who would like a menu mailed to them is asked to let us know.

We still need volunteers from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Anyone interested in making themselves available to work one day a month or more is welcome. Volunteers also receive their meal free the day they help.

For those wanting to talk about a recent trip, sing or consider some other type of presentation, let us know. We would be happy to...

Hearing aid checks will be at 11 a.m. Jan. 16 by Haris Zafar. The center’s business meeting is at noon Jan. 16 with board members present.

Footcare is scheduled Jan. 17 with Mary McFadden. She has an 11 a.m. appointment open. If interested, call me.

National Hat Day is Friday, Jan. 18. We encourage everyone to wear their favorite hat for a prize to the senior center.

The senior center will be closed Jan. 21 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday.

“Show ‘n Tell” is Jan. 25 and anyone can bring something to share.

With all these activities coming up, we hope people will consider having a meal with us and staying for the events.

Bingo is Wednesday, Jan. 9, after the noon meal.

Haris Zafar will be at the center at 11 a.m. Jan. 16 for hearing aid checks and Mary McFadden will be here Jan. 17 to offer foot care. If interested, call the center for an appointment.

A business meeting is scheduled during the noon meal, also Wednesday, Jan. 16.

The center is closed Jan. 21 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Volunteers are needed from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and, remember those who help get their meal free that day. Anyone willing to volunteer can commit one time or several times.

We are inviting others to join us for a meal and fellowship. Meal costs went up Jan. 2 with suggested lunch prices of $3.15 for people 60 and older. For...
