Bebermeyer, Piercy to marry Oct. 6

Terry and Lori Bebermeyer of Hillsboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Adrien, to Jesse Piercy, son of Dr. and Mrs. Stephen Piercy of Fort Dodge, Iowa.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Hillsboro High School and is a senior at Mid-America Nazarene University in Olathe with a predental major.

Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of St. Edmon High School in Fort Dodge. He is a senior at Mid-America Nazarene majoring in accounting.

The wedding is planned for Oct. 6.

Hett, Johnson plan July 7 wedding

Eldon and Rhonda Hett of Marion and Galen and Jean Johnson of Dwight announce the engagement of their chidren, Shawna Leigh Hett and Albert Galen Johnson.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Marion High School and will graduate from Kansas State University in May with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, with plans to pursue a bachelor of science in nursing at the University of Kansas and a master’s in anesthesiology.

Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of Council Grove High School and a 2006 graduate of Manhattan Vo-Tech with an associate’s degree in auto body and welding. He is employed at G&W Farms in Dwight and Ray’s Apple Market in Man­hattan.

The wedding is planned for July 7 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Marion.
