Klenda, Glahn to wed in May

Steve and Michelle Glahn of Marion and Val and Julie Klenda of Lincolnville announce the engagement of their children Janet Glahn to Brian Klenda, both of Hillsboro.

Grandparents of the bride are Gary and Bev Helmer of Marion and Don and Chris Glahn of McPherson.

Grandparents of the groom are Theresa Klenda of Lincolnville and Kathleen Oborny of Marion.

The bride-to-be is a 2007 graduate of Hillsboro High School and 2010 graduate of Kansas State University with a food science degree. She is currently in Wichita.

The groom-elect is a 2002 graduate of Centre High School and attending North Central Technical College, Beloit, in ag equipment technology.

The wedding is planned for May in Hillsboro.

Jeevamanoharan, Miller engaged

Dan and Jaynette Miller of Goessel and Jeevamanoharan Seevaretanam and Athista Rani Hansen of Montebello, Calif., announce the engagement of their children, Amreitha (Ami) Miller of Goessel to Pradeepan Jeevamanoharan of Apple Valley, Minn.

The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of Hesston College, a 2005 graduate of Bluffton University and is employed with student services at Spring Arbor University in Michigan.

The groom-elect is a 2005 graduate of Oral Roberts University and employed with Young Adult Ministries at Cornerstone Church in Michigan.

They are planning an Aug. 4 wedding in Goessel.

Langley, Nieman to wed April 14

Thomas Langley and LaDonna Flaming of Hillsboro and Michael and Kathy Nieman of McPherson announce the engagement of their children, Sierra Langley to Brock Nieman, both of Hillsboro.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Hillsboro High School and Hutchinson Community College. She is employed as a paraeducator at Hillsboro Elementary School.

The groom-elect is a graduate of McPherson High School and Manhattan Area Technical College. He is employed at Flint Hills Rural Electric Cooperative Association in Hillsboro.

The couple are having an April 14 wedding at the United Methodist Church in Hillsboro.

Shewey, Flaming plan to wed June 2

Andy and Kerry Shewey of Hillsboro and Bryan and Debbie Flaming of Weatherford, Okla., announce the engagement of their children, Mallory Flaming of Weatherford to Clay Shewey of Hillsboro.

The bride-to-be and groom-elect are both students at Tabor College in Hillsboro.

A June 2 wedding is planned at Corn Mennonite Brethren Church, Corn, Okla.
