Humpfrey, Schmidt plan May wedding

Sherri Humpfrey of Clinton, Mo., and Kevin Schmidt of Overland Park, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

The couple’s parents are Pat and the late Jerry Bristow of Montrose, Mo., and Robert and Bonnie Schmidt of Marion.

They are planning a May 21 wedding in Clinton, Mo.

Jantz, Marr plan wedding in Wichita

Abby Lea Jantz and Tyler Jay Marr, both of Wichita, announce their engagement.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Vince and Julie Jantz of Tampa. She graduated from Hillsboro High School and Tabor College and is employed by Simon Properties.

The groom-elect is the son of Terry and Claudia Marr of Fredonia. He graduated from Fredonia High School and Pittsburg State University and is employed by Metal Fab Inc.

The couple will exchange vows April 23 in Wichita.

Finley, Kimbrel plan March wedding

Mike and Cindy Finley of Chanute announce the engagement of their daughter, Skye Finley, to Wade Kimbrel, son of Tom and Gina Kimbrel of Marion.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Chanute High School, Colby Community College and Emporia State University. She is employed as a physical therapy assistant at the Neosho Regional Medical Center.

The groom-elect is a grade of Hillsboro High School and attended Northwestern Oklahomas State University, Kansas State University and Emporia State University. He is employed by B & W Hitch Company in Humbolt.

The couple plan to wed March 26 at the First United Methodist Church in Chanute. They will reside in Chanute.

Bookless, Tharp plan May wedding

Daniel Paul Bookless, currently residing in Alberta, Canada, and Leah Marie Tharp, of Fairfield, Calif., announce their engagement and approaching wedding May 29 in Sacramento, Calif.

Parents of the groom-elect are Don and Lillian Bookless of Hillsboro. Parents of the bride-to-be are MaryLou Springer and William Tharp of Fairfield.

The couple met while attending Prairie Bible College in Three Hills, Alberta.

In June they will be moving to Portland, Ore.
