Lind, Mueller plan December wedding

Carl and Martha Lind of Ferndale, Wash., and Ronald and Kaylene Mueller of Tampa announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Melissa Lind of Hillsboro to Nicholas Mueller of Wichita.

The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Ferndale High School and is expected to graduate in May 2013 from Tabor College, earning a degree in elementary education.

The groom-elect is a 2009 graduate of Hillsboro High School and is expected to graduate in May 2013 from Wichita State University, earning a degree in aerospace engineering.

The couple are planning a Dec. 29 wedding at Birch Bay Bible Community Church in Birch Bay, Wash.

Ediger, Pragel to wed in Hillsboro

Lyle and Rhonda Ediger of Hillsboro and David and Fran Pragel of Alpharetta, Ga., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Candace Ediger to Kevin Pragel.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Hillsboro High School and will be graduating in May from MidAmerica Nazarene University with a degree in psychology.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Chattahoochee High School and will be graduating in December from Toccoa Falls College earning a degree in Biblical Studies. He plans to attend seminary next fall.

They are planning a January wedding in Hillsboro.

Frick, Clark plan October wedding

Curtis and Clara Frick of Durham and Brent and Lou Ann Clark of Bushton announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their children, Tina Frick to Matthew Clark.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Hillsboro High School. She works for Grant, McKinney & Simmonds Optometrists, Newton.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Quivera Heights High School. He is employed at Bombardier Learjet, Wichita.

They are planning an Oct. 27 wedding in Hillsboro.

Schafer, Kidd to wed in McPherson



Vaughn and Dee Juhnke of Moundridge and Gene Schafer of Durham announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Kelli Schafer, to Robert Kidd, son of the late Robert and Patricia Kidd of Miami-Lakes Florida.

The bride-to-be graduated from Hillsboro High School and Hutchinson Community College.

She is employed as the director of nursing at Salem Home in Hillsboro.

The groom-elect graduated from Hialeah-Miami Lakes Senior High School in Miami Lakes, Fla., and the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. He is employed by Morrison Senior Living as general manager/regional chef for CC Young in Dallas, Texas.

The wedding will be Nov. 10 at New Hope Evangelical Church in McPherson.
