a retired elementary school teacher, died Aug. 26 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.

Services were Aug. 30 at Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Church, 1498 Kanza Road, Hillsboro, with pastors Gaylord Goertzen and John Carney officiating. Burial was at 4 p.m. Aug. 30 at Green Crest Cemetery in Dodge City.

She was born Dec. 6, 1920, to Vernon and Jacy (Dillinger) Trexler in Bloom. On Jan. 18, 1948, she was married to Clovis Addison, who predeceased her in 1990. On Jan. 11, 1992, she was married to Ivan Hulstine, who predeceased her in 2008.

She is survived by son Teryl Addison of Orlando, Fla.; stepsons Eugene Hulstine of Salina and Leland Hulstine of St. Petersburg, Fla.; daughter Sonya Fisher of Hillsboro; stepdaughters Margaret Finkbeiner of Russell, Martha Mink of Dodge City, Pat Hulstine of Hays and Tish Koehn of Caldwell; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; eight step-grandchildren and seven step-great- grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Parkside Homes or Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice and sent in care of Jost Funeral Home, 401 S. Washington St., Hillsboro, KS 67063.

• SAUNDRA (CRICKET) RUTHLOFF, 65,

a Florence resident for 20 years, died Aug. 24 at Wichita.

Services were Aug. 28 at the Florence United Methodist Church. Burial was at Hillcrest Cemetery, Florence.

She was born Oct. 23, 1945, to Wallace and Jean (Buchanan) Collins in Jacksonville, Fla.

Survivors include husband Melvin of Florence; daughters Robin Finnegan of Orlando, Fla., Sandi Dove of Groveland, Fla., and Tammy Harbin of Taveres, Fla.; brother Buddy Collins of Satsuma, Fla.; sister Michelle Heape of South Carolina; mother Jean of Satsuma Fla.; nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
