Laura W. Boese, 93, a teacher, died June 4 at Buhler Sunshine Home in Buhler.

Services were June 8 at Buhler Mennonite Brethren Church, with pastors Nick Rempel and Ken Adrian officiating. Burial was at Buhler City Cemetery.

She was born July 11, 1918, to Henry and Helen Bese Wall at Mountain Lake, Minn. On Aug. 15, 1946, she was married to Elden Boese, who predeceased her Aug. 30, 1986.

Survivors include daughters Marlene Bussone and Ruth Brooks, both of Springfield, Mo., and Mary Ellen Kuehl of Surrey, British Columbia; brother Harvey Wall of Clayton, Calif.; sister Alma Behrends of Buhler; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Tabor College and sent in care of Buhler Mortuary, 120 N. Main, Buhler, KS 67522, also in charge of arrangements.
