• Marie f. bergman jantz, 97,
former teacher and homemaker, died May 24 at Asbury Park.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 30, at First Mennonite Church, 429 E. First St., Newton, with pastors Anita Kehr and Kay Schroeder officiating. A graveside service is at 9:30 a.m. May 30 at Haven of Rest Cemetery, rural Hillsboro.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Petersen Funeral Home, Newton.
Memorials may be made to Asbury Park Caring Fund and sent in care of Petersen Funeral Home, 215 N. Main St., Newton, KS 67114.
• ruby fern (bliss) pschigoda, 91,
a homemaker, died May 11 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.
A graveside service was May 15 at Ebenezer Cemetery near Abilene with pastor Morita Trumen officiating.
She was born June 14, 1920, to Henry L. and Clara (Moot) Bliss near Tampa. On Dec. 12, 1942, she was married to Walter Pschigoda, who predeceased her Sept. 10, 1995.
Survivors include daughter Sharon Klein of Tampa; son Lloyd and Charlene Pschigoda of Hillsboro; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters Helen Sader of Lindsborg and Luella Tong of Augusta and other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Parkinson Disease Foundation and sent in care of Carlson-Becker Funeral Home, 106 N. Second, Hope, KS 67451, also in charge of arrangements.
