• MARY ANN KOEHN, 82,

died April 7 at Moundridge Manor in Moundridge.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. April 11 at Eden Mennonite Church, 5254 Northwest 140th St., Burns. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

She was born April 22, 1929, to Emil and Minnie (Nightengale) Schmidt in Major County, Okla. On Sept. 30, 1951, she was married to Richard Koehn, of Moundridge, who survives.

Other survivors include daughters Lacinda and Warren Nightingale of Bloomfield, Iowa, and Janella and Abraham Schrock of Gentry, Ark., Kristine and Arvin Nightingale of Mountain Grove, Mo., Nancy and Andy Unruh of Ft. Sumer, N.M.; sons Bruce and Linda Koehn of Burns, and Delton and Rhonda Koehn of Montery, Tenn.; brother Edward and Erma Schmidt of Livingston, Calif.; sister Rosa Mae and Walter Schmidt of Sun City, Ariz., Myrtle and Don Koehn of Hardinsburg, Ind., and Rebecca and Ray Frank of Madrid, Neb.; 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Moundridge Manor and sent in care of Petersen Funeral Home, 215 N. Main St., Newton, KS 67114, also in charge of arrangements.

• JANICE PANKRATZ, 54,

employed with the Salina Parks and Recreation Department, died April 7 at Hospice of Salina.

Services will be at 2 p.m. April 11 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 901 E. Neal Ave., Salina, with Pastor Barry Dundas officiating.

She was born May 20, 1957, to Verlon and Ruby (Koegeboehn) Mueller in Herington. On Oct. 10, 1981, she was married to Larry Pankratz, who survives.

Other survivors include her father and friend Ruth Smith of Herington; daughters Bethany and Matt Shelly of Las Vegas, Nev., and Natalie Pankratz and fiancé Nick Brooks; brother Ray and Susan Mueller; sister-in-law Linda (Pankratz) and Dan Wiese of Juneau, Alaska; brother-in-law Mark and Stacey Pankratz of Hillsboro; six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to United Methodist Building Fund, Hospice of Salina, Terry C. Johnson Center for Basic Cancer Research at Kansas State University or the National Kidney Foundation and sent in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio St., Salina, KS 67401, in charge of arrangements.
