Jantz will celebrate 90th birthday July 22

A card shower is requested for Art Jantz of Hillsboro, who will be 90 years old on July 22.

Prior to his retirement, Jantz owned Quality Market in Marion and was also a meat cutter at Vogt’s Hometown Market in Hillsboro.

Jantz and his wife, Linda, have four children to include Bob Jantz of Hillsboro, Rhoda Rafaelsen of McPherson, Don Jantz of Abilene and Vern Jantz of Wichita.

Card shower sought for Schmidt’s 90th

A card shower celebrating Hilda E. Schmidt’s 90th birthday April 29 is requested by her family.

She was married to Peter Schmidt Jr., who is deceased. She is the mother of six children, Jolene Klassen, Darrel Schmidt, Janet Funk (deceased), Dwight Schmidt, LaVonne Marks and Julie Kaiser. In addition, she has 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
