Sarah Groening

Justin and Tina Groening of Marion announce the birth of a daughter, Sarah Gayle, born April 16 at McPherson Memorial.

She weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 19 inches long.

She joins siblings Colton, 14, Alli, 9, and Tori, 7.

Grandparents are Russ and Debbie Schroeder of Goessel and Jerry and Sherri Groening of Marion.

Great-grandparents are Ken and Ruby Schroeder of Hills­boro, Irma Groening of Hills­boro and Tillie Schmidt of Marion.

Delaney Duerksen

Logan and Tara Duerksen of Larned announce the birth of a daughter, Delaney Christien, born March 22 at Hays Medical Center.

She weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 inches long.

She joins siblings Wyatt, 5, and Kjersti, 21/2.

Grandparents are Jack and Debby Gore of Larned and Londel and LeNora Duerksen of Goessel.

Great-grandparents are Walden and Susan Duerksen of Goessel and Martha Krause of Hillsboro.

Great-great-grandmother is Susan Schmidt of Goessel.
