Kayden Geis

Logan and Cassie Geis of Emporia announce the birth of their son, Kayden Lance Geis, born March 6 at Newman Regional Health, Emporia.

He weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and was 20 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Mark and Beth Robinett of Topeka.

Paternal grandparents are Wayne and Deb Geis of Durham.

Landry Plett

Joshua and Renae Plett of Lincolnville announce the birth of their son, Landry Allen Plett, born Feb. 23 at Newton Medical Center, Newton.

He weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 201?2 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Kenneth and Tena Lundgren and Sharon and J.R. Ewing, all of Marion.

Paternal grandparents are Jerry and Rowena Plett of Lincolnville.

Great-grandparents are Walt Butcher and Chris Kerns of Marion.
