Jack Nichols

Kent and Emily Nichols of Hesston announce the birth of their son, Jack Owen Nichols, born May 3 at Newton Medical Center, Newton.

He weighed 8 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Tim and Donna Diener and maternal great-grandmother Arlene Pankratz, all of Hillsboro.

Paternal grandparents are Lonnie and Melinda Nichols and paternal great-grandmother Joan Culler, all of Eureka.

 Jordan Lynn Winter

Shad and Tracy Winter of Wichita announce the birth of their daughter, Jordan Lynn Winter, born April 22 in Wichita.

She weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 191?2 inches long.

Welcoming her home was brother Cody, 13, Justin, 10, and Austin, 5.

Maternal grandparents are Dan and Claudia Zimmerman and Sharon Zimmerman, all of Ohio.

Paternal grandparents are Earl and Joan Winter of Marion.
