North Newton couple reach 65th

Oliver and Elizabeth (Busenitz) Unruh celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary Sept. 10.

They were married in 1947 at Emmaus Mennonite Church at Whitewater and will be celebrating their anniversary by having a small family gathering in October.

Children of the couple are Viv Nabhani of Greenville, S.C., Vern and Sherry of Fayetteville, N.C., Charlie and Lynn of Marion, Carol and Dave Abrams of Phoenix, Ariz., and Trish and Bob Miller of Goshen, Ind. They also have 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
