Marion couple celebrate 60 years
Rosse and Janice (Socolofsky) Case of Marion are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary and family members are requesting a card shower in their honor. They were married June 12, 1949, at Valley United Methodist Church in Marion and are life-long residents.
They have three children: daughter Tamara and J.L. Stone of Overland Park, son Brad Case of Denver, Colo., and daughter Teresa and Joe Nielsen of Amherst, N.H. and five granddaughters.

Tampa couple to celebrate 50th

Gus and Mildred (Padgett) Hamm of Tampa are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, June 7, at the First Baptist Church in Durham.
The couple were married June 6, 1959, at the First Methodist Church in Florence.
The couple’s son, Randy Hamm, along with his daughter, Sharon and son-in-law Dave Schrag are inviting the community to the event. The grandchildren are Payden, 11; Ross, 9; and Lane, 8; all of Lindsborg.

Anniversary dinner marks 60 yearsArt and Betty Mueller celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner held April 4.
They were married April 17, 1949, at St. John Lutheran Church in Tampa.
The couple has three sons Dale and Marla of Folsom, Calif., Doug of Ixonia, Wis., David of Tampa; five grandchildren and two great-grandsons.
The couple has lived on a farm northeast of Tampa all their married life.
Betty’s sister and family also attended the dinner.
Another dinner will be held with Art’s sister, Doris and husband Richard Ott who are celebrating their 50th anniversary with the Mueller family on Sunday, April 26, at the home of Gary and Sharon Mueller of Hillsboro.Couple to celebrate 50th...
Couple renew vows in Las Vegas

After 29 years of marriage, Mike and Kathy (Hendrickson) Ghahremanzadeh of Pembroke Pines, Fla., renewed their wedding vows Saturday, March 8, in Las Vegas, Nev.. Witnesses were Terry and Sandra Shaw.
The bride’s family lived in Hillsboro in the early 1970s.
The couple was married March 8, 1980 and will be moving back to Hillsboro in July.
She is a registered nurse specializing in cardiac nursing and her husband is a retired U.S. Army sergeant major with a degree in engineering, who currently has his own business.
They have two children Karlee, 9, and Zachary, 11.

Hillsboro couple celebrates 50thJames and Joyce Thiessen of rural Hillsboro celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday, Nov. 22 with a family dinner and dessert buffet at The Milk and Honey.
James Thiessen and Joyce Frantz were married Nov. 17, 1958 at the Parkview Mennonite Brethren Church in Hillsboro.
They have two daughters, Michelle and husband Joe Kleinsasser of Hillsboro and Marilyn and husband Russ Friesen of Olathe and six grandchildren.
The couple also celebrated with a family trip to the San Antonio area (Texas) over the Thanksgiving weekend.Anniversary party Dec. 20 in Peabody
