There will not be a formal funeral service. She will be buried with her husband, Lawrence G. Louis, at Tahoma National Cemetery in Covington, Wash.

Marion County Early Intervention Services will hold a free screening for children birth through 5 years Tuesday, Feb. 12, at the Peabody Methodist Church, 304 N. Sycamore St.
Appointments will be available from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. The process takes about one hour.
The screening will assess development in the cognitive, social, motor and speech and language areas. Vision and hearing will also be checked.

Monday, 04 February 2008 07:35Gertrude J. Rziha, 92, of Great Bend, homemaker, died Jan. 21 at Alterra Sterling House in Great Bend.
The funeral was Jan. 25 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Great Bend. She was buried at the Holy Family Cemetery in Odin.
She was born Feb. 28, 1915, to Emil and Josephine Zorn Schneweis in Odin. On Aug. 23, 1938, she was married to Frank H. Rziha, who predeceased her.
