Legacy Quartet from Denver, Colo., is returning to this area for three concerts Aug. 18 and 19.
The group will sing at 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at the Koerner Heights Church, 320 Meridian Ave., Newton. On Sunday, Aug. 19, Legacy will sing at 10 a.m. at Gospel Assembly Church, 4220 N. Oliver, Wichita, and then at 3 p.m. at the Pine Village Retirement Community, 86 22nd Ave., Moundridge.
Formed in 1981, Legacy has performed in Korea, Australia, Cuba, Canada and venues across the central and western United States. The group’s unique harmony, variety, depth and the meaning of their songs has created a loyal audience.
Group members are Doug Filter, tenor; Mitch Rogge, lead; Steve Taylor, baritone; and Norm Huxman, bass.
