Sign of the updated times

Hillsboro city employee Lance Booker attaches the second of two new signs last Wednesday to the “Hillsboro Home of Champions” display near the corner of U.S. Highway 56 and North Ash. State titles won last year by the Hillsboro High School girls in basketball and track necessitated the update. Booker had completed a similar assignment earlier that morning on the “Hillsboro Home of Champions” display on the south end of Ash Street. The signs are sponsored by the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce.
