The Hillsboro Senior Center will observe the National Day of Prayer on Thursday, May 3. Sharon Ressler will speak on “Grieving the Loss of a Spouse.”

A craft activity titled “April Showers—May Flowers” will take place at 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 7.

Mary McFadden will give foot care by appointment from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 8. Former teachers will be recognized for National Teacher’s Day.

Those who would like to begin receiving the monthly newsletter can call 947-2304 or stop by the center.

A big thank-you to our weekly volunteers: Louise Rahe, Mildred Jantz, JoAnne Faurot, Irma Groening, Lois Nuss, Carol Ollenburger, Frances Rempel, Bonnie Funk, Amanda McDonald, Mariann Unruh.
