Orville B. Unruh, 76, retired farmer, schoolbus driver and assembler, died Monday, April 21, at his home in Goessel.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday, April 25, at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church, rural Goessel, with pastors Linda Ewert and Lee Suderman officiating. Burial will follow at the Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church Cemetery.
He was born May 18, 1921, to Rudolph and Lydia Schroeder Unruh. On Nov. 1, 1946, he was married to Elsie Reimer, who survives.
He also is survived by three daughters, Donna and husband Bob Becker of Newton, Sherry and husband Ed Epp of Independence, June and husband Wayne Unruh of McPherson; a sister, Audrey and husband Alvin Boese of Lehigh; a brother, Lowell Unruh of Florence; a brother- and sister-in-law, Wilbert and Ruth Reimer of Becker, Minn.; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Reimer of Canton; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, with family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Miller Funeral, Goessel.
Memorial contributions may be sent to either the church or to Bethesda Home in care of Miller
