Todd Steven Dallke, 32, customer service call center representative, died April 9 in Peabody.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 12 at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Peabody.
He was born March 15, 1976, to Randy Dallke and Cynthia Brunner Dallke in Newton.
He is survived by his parents of Peabody; sisters Roxanne Dallke-Wallace and husband James of Peabody, and Tonya Bradshaw of Hutchinson; nephews Christopher and Colton Terronez, both of Peabody, Tevin Bradshaw of Hutchinson, Bryce Jones of Hutchinson, and Justin Wallace of Elk Falls; and nieces Clarissa and Kylie Terronez of Peabody, and Jalie Wallace of Elk Falls.
A memorial fund has been established with PML/Aids research.
