John Paul Diaz, 60, died April 2 at his home in Florence.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 8 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, rural Florence. No visitation is scheduled.
He is survived by six brothers, Chillo, Nick, Paul, Jim and Tony all of Chicago, Robert of Florence, and two sisters, Rickey Marroquin and Anita Diaz, both of Chicago.
