Marie M. Jantz, 100, former employee of Salem Home in Hillsboro, died March 8 at Bethesda Home in Goessel.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 11 at Broadway Colonial Funeral Home in Newton. She will be buried at Emmanuel Bible Church Cemetery, rural Moundridge.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. March 10 and from 9 a.m. to noon March 11 at the funeral home.
She was born March 29, 1907, to Tobias and Mathilda (Richert) Eck in rural McPherson County. On April 10, 1929, she was married to Simon Jantz, who predeceased her.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established with Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church in care of the funeral home.
