Karl C. Reimer, 100, of Goessel, farmer and public service employee, died Jan. 18 at Bethesda Home in Goessel.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21 at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Church, Goessel. Following the service, burial will take place at Alexanderwohl Mennonite Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 20, with the family present from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., at Miller Funeral Home in Goessel.
He was born Nov. 27, 1907, to Cornelius A. and Susie (Voth) Reimer in rural Canton. On Sept. 8, 1934, he was married to Rachel Banman, who survives in Goessel.
He is also survived by three daughters, Darlene and Arlo Schmidt of rural Newton, Ruth Warkentin of Santa Barbara, Calif., and Velma Schuessler of Sedgwick; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established with Bethesda Home in care of Miller Funeral Home.
