Golden Heritage Foods LLC, the Hillsboro-based honey packer, announced last week that it has developed a license agreement with DreamWorks Animation related to the upcoming “Bee Movie.”
The production is a comedy created by Jerry Seinfeld.
Company officials said it would release details about the agreement and its impact at a later date.
Brent Barkman, executive chairman of the board, said, “This project provides us with an outstanding opportunity for consumer awareness and education about the health benefits of honey and the huge role bees play in agricultural production.”
Peabody eatery reopens under new ownership
The former Coneburg Inn in Peabody has reopened with new ownership and an enhanced name: Coneburg Inn Pub.
Owners Sammi Stafford and Donna Klose are now operating the establishment, which will feature American and Mexican food and all-day breakfast.
A special breakfast menu is planned for Saturday mornings and nightly specials each evening, including Mexican food on Wednesday.
The Coneburg Inn Pub will be serving 3.2 beer until it has obtained a liquor license for its bar service, according to Klose.
The establishment will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight on Friday and 10 a.m. to midnight on Saturday.
